About the Role
At Gojek Logistics, data drives all of our decision-making. As a part of the Demand Generation Team, you'll use data to inform business and product decisions for growing GoSend, GoShop, and GoBox. When a feature on one of our products gets tweaked, you'll work with engineering teams to measure that change's impact. Using your technical skills and business acumen, you'll build tools to automate reporting and dashboard updates so clients can quickly see and accurately predict how their projects are performing. You'll be involved from each project's inception and report design through to data delivery, directly ensuring these reports deliver high-quality and relevant data to enable our business to grow effectively and sustainably.

What You Will NeedAt least 2 years experience as a business and/or marketing analystA Bachelor's degree in market research, business, marketing, communications or a related fieldProven track record of applying data-driven insights to make a tangible impact on business performanceFluency in SQL Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and analytical processesExcellent verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate your ideas and insights to a variety of stakeholders
About the Team
Our GoSend Demand Growth team is based in Jakarta. We are a team driven by data and a passion improving our SuperApp and customer experience through the insights we uncover. Working alongside the Product and Marketing teams, we work to remove as much logistical friction as possible. This is done primarily by identifying and understanding user behaviors, and continuously improving our personalized recommendations through a data-driven process to ensure our users receive optimal value whenever you utilize our GoSend platform. We are the team who adds the final touches to our GoSend product to ensure its well-received by our users. This is the spirit of "There is always a way (#PastiAdaJalan)" that embodies all of our GoTroops.
Currently, our has has been hard at work collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams on an exciting new project that will work to increase the conversion rates of less active customers.
As team, we are concerned with the growth of Gojek in the region, as well as each other's personal and professional growth, as well. In this "new normal" we live in, work from home has become commonplace for many of us. Our team is particularly keen on maintaining a healthy work-life balance (Netflix marathons, gift swaps, curhat sessions).
