About the Role

If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding product growth and market analytics, look no further. As our Business Development Analyst for the GoSend Seller & Business team, you’ll take the wheel in building the demand generation strategy for the product, and be the team’s representative to our external partners. Additionally, in collaboration with the Product, Marketing, and Growth teams, you’ll utilize the business insights you uncover to provide these teams with data-driven, effective suggestions to foster growth for the platform. Your efforts will directly enhance the ease and accessibility of the on-demand logistic services we offer.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the main representative with our external partners, maintaining and strengthening this relationship
  • Monitor, evaluate, and craft strategy to improve team and external partners' performances
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Analyst, Marketing, Tech) for partners' related campaigns
  • Craft and implement acquisition of Seller & Business strategy

  • What You Will Need
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Tableau
  • Basic knowledge in SQL; advanced knowledge is a plus
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills to drive analysis and initiatives independently

    Our GoSend Seller & Business Delivery team is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are a team that's driven by data and a passion for helping our key customers (Seller and Business) through GoSend API and GoSend Portal. Working alongside the product and marketing team, it's our job to remove as much friction as possible via the products and services we offer to focus on what they need to do. This is the spirit of "There is always a way (#PastiAdaJalan)" that embodies all of our GoTroops. We are the one who adds the final touch to the product to ensure the product is received well by our users. 

    This past year, we've focused heavily on acquisition, onboarding hundreds of e-commerce/marketplace businesses through GoSend API. Thousands of Sellers began using GoSend Portal in the past year, as well. With our acquisition targets met in full, we have our sights set on scaling up with our new expanded family of Sellers and Business Partners.

    As a team, we're concern with the growth of our key customers at the company and each other's personal and professional growth. In this "new normal" we live in, work from home has become commonplace for many of us.
