About the Role
As a Credit Operations chapter leader, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit operations process, starting from the initiation until reconciliation. You will be responsible to translate all of the credit operations process for every product in Gojek Financial Services platform, starting from the coordination to implementing the process.

What You Will NeedAt least 5 years hands on working experience in credit/general operations for the Financial services industry, preferably in digital lending areaAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionGood project management skills to implement multiple initiatives concurrentlyProficient with the digital lending credit operations procedures, regulations and methodologyAbility to maintain confidentiality as necessaryExcellent English & Bahasa written and communication skillsGood leadership and interpersonal skillsGood analytical skill, and comfortable with presenting/liaising with senior management
About the Team
The Credit Operations chapter is part of the wider Operations Management family in Gojek Financial Services. The chapter leader will be assisted by 2 team leads, with the total team consisting of about 20 members. This chapter strives to provide operational excellence in the end-to-end credit operations process required to provide excellent financial services for our customers. This is done by translating and bridging requirements from multiple stakeholders and crafting the most optimum credit operations process.
We always aim for the delicate balance between user experience, company’s risk appetite, and having the eventual process be as painless as possible to be executed by the team. That’s why first and foremost our mindset will always be automation and seamless system integration. So, we can scale up the business without having to necessarily scale up the team.
