About the Role

If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and a chance to hone in on your product management skills, look no further. As our Product Manager for the Digital Inclusion Product team, you will be handed the reins managing the largest billing platform in Indonesia. Along with strengthening the product supply, you will get to figure out ways to continuously improve operational standards and processes. Working closely with other product managers, engineers, and business/partnership teams, you will be
designing and driving product and feature roadmaps to deliver high-quality products to our users. Your efforts will help enhance and expand the best-in-class digital billing access and service for all sectors in Indonesia.


What You Will Do
  • Contribute crucially to product strategy and OKRs, effectively prioritizing based on company goals
  • Own and drive product and feature roadmap 
  • Engage cross-functionally, partnering with engineering, design, data and other teams effectively deliver high-quality products
  • Clearly communicate product plan, customer feedback, and roadblocks to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders
  • Be a customer advocate, articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions that solve their problems
  • Reiterate on product plans, and take informed resolves using data and user feedback
  • Represent Digital Inclusion team as a product expert in all interactions
  • What You Will Need
  • At least 4 years of working experience with at least 2 years of Product Management experience
  • Freethinking and proactive; able to take ownership, ask for help, and learn continuously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-oriented mindset; able to rely on data to understand various happenings and define & measure success on every project
  • An entrepreneurial attitude; comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented
  • Able to assuredly and clearly communicate your thoughts
  • Experience as a software engineer/developer and working with distributed teams is a huge plus

    Our Digital Inclusion Product team is based in Jakarta. Our vision is to be the largest digital billing platform in Indonesia that provides the most efficient way to pay any kind of bill. Our Product Managers on this team work in complex problem areas to strengthen product supply and provide the best-in-class platform to serve our customers (GoTagihan), our driver-partners, and merchant-partners at Gojek.
